Happy Birthday Jake!!! I will be saying the same thing on Thursday when my baby turns 1! Can you believe how fast that went? He is, for sure, the handsomest little boy! Oh I just love him! I wish we lived closer so that I could know them both! You will have to check mine soon for Hannah's 1 year bday pix! Love you!
